I encountered a few problems . The minibar was not stocked, inconvenient. the gym equipment looked a little worn and some machines were out of service. I seemed like the selection of teas at breakfast could have been better. There weren't as many herbal options as I expected, and the labeling was unclear. These small details impacted my overall experience SLIGHTLY.

My room was very spacious, and the bed's comfort was excellent. The breakfast was amazing (especially the variety of pastries!) and the staff was very helpful.
The hotel reception did not inform us that there were no towels available at the pool. Guests need to bring their own.
